I believe you are right on all scores. He delays merely by asking the court to consider his vacuous motions for a stay. He is good at this game. We need stricter rules for application of the law. This has been a shocking indictment of our system, and I haven’t even started on the Supreme Court.

Regardless of his former presidential experience, judgment/justice has consumed an extraordinary length of time… one that none of us would ever receive! I think your point is valid, I’m certainly glad that you’re providing us with your more knowledgeable analysis Allison! Sla’inte!!

Lies we’ve been told:

1. No one is above the law

2….with liberty and justice for all

3. One size fits all.

If I were the court, I would say (1) I am not scheduling this case with an eye to electoral politics, but (2) since the defendant is worried about the unfairness of having the SC’s motion in front of the electorate without the defendant’s response, I am denying the defendant’s motion to postpone his response. File it and let the electorate see what you have to say.

Perhaps the SC and Court need to find out from Trump who the enemy from within is. Does it include them? He continues to predict more violence .

A bail hearing where he can be examined by the Court is in order

Heaven help us if DonOLD Trump gets away with this. I hope his DElay is DEnied.

Hopes and prayers going out for: truth, justice and the American way.

You know a lot and I only know that I am so sick and tired of his bullshit. Forgive my direct approach here, he makes me tired.

If Trump loses the election consider the utter world of hurt, short of a Presidential pardon, in which he will find himself. All his excuses will be of naught, and all those that now fear him will turn upon him with a fury he never heretofore experienced. It may take a while for the fury to develop, fear is hard to shake; therefore, it may be slow to fully develop. In end, though, it will consume him utterly.

Chutkan will not grant the delay. She’ll stay agnostic on the « election interference » issue; for her, answering criminal charges via litigation takes precedence.

Yes it's too funny. Especially the back and forth between the lawyers. In the end, Stormy didn't sign anything, and can keep talking!

Like a six year old hanging onto a loose tooth, this trial has dangled for so long I just don’t care if it gets swallowed. I guess Trumps side has won that battle.

Chutkan told him to pound sand. She’s releasing the appendix. Can’t wait for another read through of this by AG!

Thank you so much AG.

It is nearly laughable that We, the People, were entitled to have this trial as fast as possible. Some in the Supreme Court were happy to deny us that right... lol
