But the legal battles now are to reverse Executive Orders mostly, based on the fact that he has no Constitutional authority or Congressional laws passed to do any of it. They can't indict him but they can find what he is doing to be unconstitutional and illegal. Then we have the real crisis...what if he says screw you to the courts. It's then up to Congress to impeach him and remove him from office. Any bets on the likelihood of that?
