This is exactly why Americans cannot and must not let this criminal felon chief executive and his regime continue to kidnap citizens off our streets and not give them their DUE PROCESS as required by our Constitution!! We have no idea who they have probably illegally arrested and deported! This has to be investigated thoroughly by someone other than this criminal regime to get to the bottom of this crap! Anyone of us could be next, or one of our relatives!!This SH** must STOP!

In the jurisdictions where people were taken and imprisoned without due process, indict Tom Homan, Kristi Noem and the entire chain of command down to the agents involved for kidnapping and conspiracy to kidnap. They can’t be pardoned by Scump on state charges.

Thank you for this summation of what is happening to those people illegally deported to CECOT. I am so angry that the Supreme Court once again ruled for the Trump administration. I really like the judge who was going to issue contempt charges against the Trump administration if they didn’t abide by his orders by April 23. Of course the pathetic excuse for a Supreme Court stopped that from happening. Hopefully this time it will be different!!

Where are the women who were scooped up?

I read on NBC that eight women were sent to El Salvador but El Salvador said no women allowed. They were returned to the US and are now with 10 others that hadn’t boarded to El Salvador, they are all in Laredo Texas detention center.

This whole episode of fascism parading as making a once free country great again is the blackest, soul-sucking moment of my 74 year life. The horror of this president and his MAGA Brownshirt cult is absolutely unbelievable, yet here we are hoping and praying the ACLU is successful.

Cases have already been filed on behalf of many other kidnapped hostages. Some judges have already demanded their return. Trump’s DOJ is fighting them all.

Abrego Garcia is the example used for almost all of those who were kidnapped. Our Representatives/Senators are working on getting them all back.

A question I have wondered about is multiple times Trump has been interviewed and seemed to not have a clue about what is going on. Recently he was interviewed by Time Magazine. When asked if Trump requested Bukele to return the CECOT prisoners he responded he does what his attorneys tell him to, that ‘no one told him to ask that question’. It seems clear Trump is not in charge. Things like the Alien Enemies Act rely on presidential declaration, yet Trump claimed he didn’t sign it, he was golfing. Long prelude to a short question. Are there elements of Trump’s actions that fall apart if he isn’t the actual actor? Trump v US gives Trump immunity, but as I understand it that doesn’t cascade to the rest of his administration. With SCOTUS ordering the administration to facilitate action, if folks like Bondi or Miller are ‘obstructing’ Trump…is there something chargeable?

No, he's lazy, doesn't care. Vought just put him there so that he could put Project 2025 into action, and destroy our democracy. So far, so good. (I think that Leon the muskrat has been a very useful patsy for the diabolical Vought.)

With all that's going on re due process, there's little attention to the reprehensible way these human beings were treated getting them to El Salvador -- the degradation of chained and head-shaved people hunched over and pushed along into spaces that resembled the holds of slave ships where people were squished side by side. Everyone should be aware of the inhumanity the United States is delivering. Here's a news video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3o-PI8S9BbA

PS; How nauseating for Trump to be ridding the country of murderers and rapists who come illegally, and pardoning the insurrectionists and other assorted criminals he keeps relasing.

I keep thinking of Hitler's SS soldiers and how we went to every corner of Earth to find them after WWII. I can't believe these politicians are allowing all this to happen and just sit there with a yellow streak on their backs. Not doing anything while crimes are happening right in front of their faces, does NOT excuse them from that crime. They're more afraid of Cheetolini or being primaried than they are of being put in prison for not doing anything? I don't believe it.

I also feel like the courts & the regime are playing a Little Red Riding Hood game because the legislation has not demonstrated the will to put all those MF'ers in jail for treason. The big bad wolf has all the people who would arrest them ... unless WE THE PEOPLE get militant. This government is backing all Americans in the corner with this fucking shit-show, dammit. Most are acting like this is a fucking TV commercial and aren't in enough pain about everything. Divide & conquer is working quite well for them with all this inaction and hoping someone or something else fixes it.

NOBODY IS COMING TO SAVE US, AMERICANS!! Get that straight. They're going to hit on something you care about and won't be performative but painful. Uh huh.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. I do not understand legal speak unless it’s broken down the way you do it.

I’ll start donating to the ACLU today! We’re on a fixed income so it will only be $20.00 a month.

It’s not much for all the work they’re doing.

If everyone that reads this will do the same it could add up.

Please join me in supporting the ACLU!

The way things are going it could be us next…

They aren’t going after criminals, that would be too much work, they’re going after easy targets.

They recently arrested a judge in Wisconsin.

Please join me in being part of the solution!
