In 2021, I founded my own women-run podcast network to amplify voices from across the big tent democratic party. I was tired of the way other networks operated and decided to set out on my own and create the path I wanted to walk. I believe women have a different perspective on justice and politics, and I wanted to add laughter and appropriate profanity, too. Just like our intrepid candidate, Kamala Harris.
Since then, our shows have been downloaded over 50M times!

I want to step up and thank you for the work you are doing; I had no idea until this post that you had a women-centric approach to MSW, and I want to also thank you for that. As a long-time researcher-historian of women and how they are portrayed in the press, I think this is so Very important.
Yes, we have bitchy resting faces, but so do McConnell and Trump. Yes, our voices can be higher-pitched, but c'mon, not all of us have those silky made-for-radio tones. My point is that neither do the men. (You can insert all the examples you want of Jordan, Trump, et alia right here). But women will be continue to be pilloried in the press with out efforts like yours.
And, yes, I understnd the assignment. I'm from Ohio, so have shed more than a few dollars to Brown and the redistricting efforts. As soon as my check book recovers, i'm in.
