From my kitchen table to a front-row seat to history! Three cheers for independent media!

Some personal news:

I’m excited and honored to announce that I’ve been chosen as a credentialed creator by the Democratic National Committee to cover the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, August 19th - 22nd!

I’ll be on the ground, attending the events and reporting back both here and on The Daily Beans Podcast - as well as live-tweeting from the floor from @muellershewrote.

I’m humbled to get yet another front-row seat to history as we nominate Kamala Harris for president, and I owe it all to you. While recording the Mueller, She Wrote podcast from my kitchen table in the early days, I would have never thought I’d end up in the front row at the January 6th hearings in 2022. I certainly never thought I’d end up hosting podcasts with Andy McCabe, Pete Strzok, and Dana Goldberg. I never thought I’d be at the first trial of Donald Trump. I couldn’t have imagined I’d have a hand in changing Pentagon policy for reproductive travel with an op-ed in the Washington Post. I wouldn’t have dreamed I’d be invited to the White House for the signing of the Inflation Reduction Act. And now I’m beyond thrilled to be headed to the DNC to witness the nomination of Kamala Harris in the most consequential election in history - and it’s all because of your enduring faith in me and my coverage of these unprecedented times. I can’t thank you enough for this privilege.

This is truly an honor of a lifetime, and I hope I do you and the Democrats proud.

I’ll be in DC right before the convention for a LIVE taping of The Daily Beans podcast August 16th with Andrew McCabe, Pete Strzok, Glenn Kirschner, Dana Goldberg, and Brian Greer.
